I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but I also want to give you the best effort to apply what you have learned.
You will have a 30 day period from the moment you purchased your membership to be eligible for a refund.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit course work showing that this program did not work for you.
If you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrollment, contact [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 EST.
You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund.
The coursework you must submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
- Requirement 1: Complete and attach your keyword research worksheet
- Requirement 2: Complete and attach your competitor analysis worksheets. You must have researched a minimum of four (4) competitors, which you will need to attach and send to me.
- Requirement 3: Complete and attach your buyer’s cycle worksheet.
- Requirement 4: Complete and attach one (1) piece of content that you have written from your keyword research worksheet from above.
- Requirement 5: Tell me why this course was not a good fit for you. What did you expect that you did not receive?
Refunds that are past 30 days will not be granted. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Dana Nicole Designs Inc.
